As a provider of digital services, we do not ship physical products. Please review our fulfillment policies below, which outline how we manage service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and support.
1. Refund Policy
Our services are performance-driven and focused on client satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:

A full refund will be issued only if we fail to initiate your SEO campaign or deliver any work within 30 days of confirmed payment.

Once campaign work has begun (including but not limited to keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, content creation, or backlink acquisition), no refunds will be granted.

For clients on recurring plans, cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time on active subscriptions.
2. Service Delivery Policy
SEO GEO provides digital SEO services, which are fulfilled according to the following process:

Onboarding begins within 2–3 business days of purchase.

You will receive a welcome email containing access to our client portal and/or onboarding form to provide business and keyword information.

Monthly deliverables—including keyword tracking, on-page SEO, profile optimization, and backlink development—are fulfilled on a rolling basis aligned with your selected service plan.

Clients receive regular updates via email, dashboard access, or monthly performance reports.

No shipping fees apply, as no physical products are delivered.
3. Return Policy
As a digital service provider, SEO GEO does not accept returns. However, we are committed to service quality and will resolve any issues as follows:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a report or deliverable if there are concerns or errors.

We will review your request and, if warranted, make corrections or improvements to ensure service quality.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal or by contacting our support team at contact@seogeo.us.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
