At SEOGEO.us, we specialize in delivering performance-driven SEO services with a guarantee of results. As a provider of digital services, we do not ship physical products. Please review our fulfillment policies below to understand how we manage service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and more.
1. Refund Policy
Our services are designed to deliver measurable results. We offer the following refund policy:

Refunds are granted only if we fail to initiate your SEO campaign or deliver any work within 14 days of receiving your payment.

Once the campaign setup or service execution has started (including keyword onboarding, backlink generation, profile optimization, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

For recurring subscription plans, clients are responsible for canceling before the next billing date. Refunds are not issued for unused time within an active billing period.
2. Delivery Policy (Service Fulfillment)
SEOGEO.us provides digital SEO services. Delivery of our services occurs as follows:

Onboarding begins within 2–3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Clients will receive an onboarding form and/or account access to submit business details, keywords, and location targeting information.

SEO services including Map Pack ranking, GMB optimization, and backlink creation are fulfilled on a monthly basis based on the selected plan.

Clients will be provided with ongoing reporting or dashboard access to monitor performance.
There are no physical products shipped and thus no shipping costs involved.
3. Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, SEOGEO.us does not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring the accuracy and quality of our deliverables:

If you notice an error or concern with the services delivered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report or update.

We will promptly review the issue and, if appropriate, provide revisions or corrections.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us at support@seogeo.us.

To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Services will continue through the remainder of the current billing period after cancellation.

Prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided.
